In 2011, the line was completely modernized:
1) corrugated ones were replaced with chrome ones with heat treatment, profile B;
2) all electric drives are replaced by asynchronous ones with frequency regulation;
3) a vacuum clamp is mounted on the corrugated press;
4) glue rollers on the corrugated press and glue machine were replaced with anilox ones (2012);
5) a double cut is established;
6) longitudinal cutting semi-automatic format 1400 mm, "SRPACK", China Ave.
7) new reception table - two-level with transport speed adjustment;
8) the canvas on the drying table was replaced (semi-synthetics);
9) vacuum cap for holding 2 layers on the storage table;
10) condensate drains of the "Hydrocon" type are installed on the condensate line with steam savings of 25-30%.
