Application and essential feature

The fibrous mass, centrally entering the deflector, passes through the gap between the rotor and the stator and the teeth of each ring in the direction of the outlet hole. This deflator has a unique three-disc system. A disk rotating at high speed creates strong vortex motion and hydrodynamic waves, and bundles of fibers and flocculents, passing through the gap between the rotor and stator teeth, dissolve under the influence of high-frequency waves and friction.

Depending on the needs and the required efficiency, the client can choose the appropriate size of the rings, and the gap between the rotor and the stator is regulated by gaskets.
