 Application and essential feature

It is used for the separation of solid particles and liquid, including: 

Separation of pollutants (plastic, etc.) and water afterwards  Hydraulic breaker;

Separation of sand and water after cleaners of mass of high concentration and center cleaners;

Transportation of chips, straw, sawdust, fibrous sludge;

 

Transportation of waste, garbage, ash and metal shavings.

 

Characteristics

 

It consists of a settling tank with a perforated chute for water and fiber regeneration and an inclined screw shaft for rejects.

To reduce the amount of maintenance, the gear motor is directly connected to the screw shaft at the upper end of the conveyor. 

Designed for efficient transportation and separation of fiber and water with minimal maintenance and maximum reliability.

All details are touching  with water made from the states. became  SS-304.

The conveyor chute is equipped with a top cover on bolts to simplify maintenance.

It can be installed horizontally or obliquely.
