High concentration hydraulic breakers

 

Dissolution at a high concentration can be carried out in hydraulic breakers of this series.

The hydraulic shredders of this series are especially effective in separating mixed, office and waste paper from used corrugated paper.

 

Advantages of dissolution at high concentration:

- minimal grinding of light non-fibrous inclusions (films, glues, plastic particles, other hot-melting substances). This facilitates their removal at subsequent stages of cleaning;

- preservation of the length of the secondary fiber, since the process of dissolution of waste paper occurs mainly due to the friction of the fibers among themselves;

- more complete separation from the surface of the fiber of paint, ink, binders;

- 20-30% energy savings compared to dissolution in conventional hydraulic breakers.
