Dehydrating drum (Trommel).

 Application and essential feature

To reduce the polluting load on the turbo separator, the washed waste during the separation of impurities from the hydraulic breaker and the waste during the cleaning of the hydraulic breaker,  usually served on a dewatering drum  (Special super-strong perforated drum with increasing hole size). Additional fiber washing takes place in the device, heavy inclusions  at the same time, they are deleted.

The main parts of the machine: 

•     Carrying frame
•     The perforated drum is made of stainless steel. steel SS-304
•     Outlet chute
•     The internal auger with screw blades is made of stainless steel. steel SS-304
•     Drive mechanism, the drum is set in motion through a gear motor, pulleys and belts.
•     Water spray system made of stainless steel. steel SS-304
