Secondary hydraulic breaker

 Application

The high concentration hydraulic breaker is connected to the secondary hydraulic breaker.

The device serves to separate plastic and other foreign materials, as well as to dilute mass with a high concentration for its overflow for further processing.

The plate with holes of 0,6-0,8 mm rotates in the opposite direction of the sieve, which allows to separate the fiber from foreign impurities as efficiently as possible.

Advantages

• Plastic and other foreign materials coming from the high-concentration hydro-breaker are removed with negligible fiber loss;
• The device is ready for the next batch immediately after unloading;
• The automatic valve reliably separates two hydraulic breakers and prevents the overflow of mass from one to the other;
• The secondary hydraulic breaker works as the first coarse sieve, which reduces the load on the equipment of the following stages;
• Removal of large extraneous contaminants in this device eliminates the risk of blockages with mass during subsequent work.
