Application and essential feature

The stirrers are designed for mixing fibrous suspensions of all types of fibers in pools, batteries, tanks up to a concentration of up to 5% in the area of ​​the propeller.

 

Advantages:

• Effective mixing with low energy consumption. All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel;
• The propeller is equipped with replaceable blades. Angles of the blade are adjustable;
• Guide plate to increase efficiency (eliminates mass rotation and reduces energy consumption);
• The bearings are accessible from the outside and can be replaced without drying the tank.

 

Built-in dilution system

Type "D" mixers are specially designed with a built-in dilution system. Diluting water enters directly into the agitator body and merges into the center of the agitator propeller zone, which leads to uniform and effective dilution of the mass before pumping.
