Application and essential feature

Compared to a conventional thickener, a polydisc mesh filter provides a significantly larger filtration area. Thanks to this equipment, it is possible to save production space, while increasing productivity. The mesh cover is divided into sections, which allows you to replace the sections without the need to remove the entire cylinder.

The mass is fed to the cylinder through the inlet, which evenly distributes it over the entire width. Water passes through the grid, and the mass remains on the surface of the cylinder. Between the level of the mass in the bath and the surface of the wastewater inside the cylinder, a hydrostatic pressure difference is formed, which ensures continuous filtration. The mesh surface is cleaned by spraying.
