Fiberizer
5345
Application
They are intended for the simultaneous re-discharge of waste paper mass after hydraulic breakers and further separate sorting of it from light and heavy inclusions that were not separated at the previous stages of its preparation.
Principle of operation.
The waste paper mass enters the fiberizer through the tangentially located nozzle and thanks to the rotation of the rotor with blades, intensive turbulent rotation and circulation to the center of the rotor is obtained inside the device. Due to this, further dissolution of waste paper occurs, which is not fully implemented at the first stage of dissolution. Additionally, the waste paper mass, which has been dissolved into individual fibers due to excess pressure, passes through relatively small holes (3-6 mm) in the ring sieve located around the rotor and enters the receiving chamber of good mass. Heavy inclusions are thrown to the periphery of the device body and, moving along its walls, fall into the mud collector, in which they are washed with circulating water and periodically removed. To remove them, the corresponding valves are automatically opened alternately. The frequency of removal of heavy inclusions depends on the degree of waste paper pollution and ranges from 10 minutes to 5 hours.
Advantages
- Maximum fiber recovery;
- Lower energy consumption;
- Effective processing of defects.
