Application and essential feature

The device is used at the last stage of cleaning the waste paper mass for intensive washing of the mass of sorting waste and their final removal. It consists of a sieve ram and a rotor of a special design. The waste received from the previous stage of sorting (a mixture of fibers and non-fibrous inclusions) is separated under the influence of the rotor. Useful fiber is washed with water through a sieve drum, and non-fibrous inclusions are sent to the dump. 

• The special rotor is equipped with blades made of hardened steel.
• Gravity feeding and unloading.
• Waste is removed practically without fibers.
