Turboseparator

 

 Application and essential feature

Turboseparators are intended for the simultaneous re-discharge of waste paper mass after hydraulic breakers and its primary sorting from light and heavy inclusions that were not separated at the previous stages of its preparation.

Waste paper mass enters the turboseparator under excess  pressure through tangentially located  branch pipe  and thanks to the rotation of the rotor with blades, it acquires intense turbulent rotation and circulation to the center of the rotor inside the device.  In addition, the waste paper mass dissolved into individual fibers due to excess pressure passes through the holes  in the ring sieve located around the rotor and enters the receiving chamber of a good mass. Heavy inclusions due to work on the steam counterflow - ring sieve - rotor  they reach the end cover located opposite the rotor, fall into the mud collector, in which they are washed with circulating water and periodically removed.
