    Description:

    The whole machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the concept of safe and reliable operation, convenient operation and ease of maintenance. The equipment uses a color touch human-machine interface and the main PLC control from Siemens. The new software of the touch interface and the main PLC allows for updates. Frequency control is carried out with the help of a Siemens inverter. It provides stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving (energy savings of about 30%), as well as full protection of the drive (in cases of voltage drops, overheating). The Siemens AC contactor, used in all drive control contactors, is equipped with a thermal overload protection relay. Wires at the connection points of all parts of the machine are connected using an aviation connector, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. The front and rear parts of the machine are equipped with control buttons, that is, it can be carried out both at the beginning and at the end of the line. Control panel made of stainless steel.
