 Brief description and main parameters:

Production manufacturer: ,A.Celli Paper Sra. 

Reconstruction and modernization carried out in 2015-2016, also for DCS/QCS Design capacity: 100 t/day.

Drive speed: 2000 m/min; Ball speed: 2200 m/min. Working speed: 1650-1750 m/min.

Rewinding machine with 4 unwinding stations. Speed: 1800 m/min. 

Roll width: 2810 mm.

Weight: 12–35 g/m2.

 Types of products: toilet paper, napkins, towels, etc. 

 Mass training department:

2 separate fiber processing streams (Long and short fiber). Offset before feeding to the machine.

Production line up to 35% of processing volume.

Mass preparation equipment manufactured by "Andritz" production. Total throughput: 175 t/day.

The delivery package includes:

  • 2 Conveyors with a width of 1200 mm, drive 11 kW, processing 100 tons/day.

  • 2 Hydraulic breaker 12 m3, Sito with opening. 20 mm, diam. 3100 mm, Drive 90 k

  • 2 Mass cleaner of high concentration, flow: 13.201 l/min. (4 - 5%).

  • 2 Disc mill, diam. 660 mm, productivity: 60 t/day, Drive 500 kW 

  • A set of containers (stainless steel) with stirrers.

  • Deflaker, productivity: 80 tons/day, Drive 132 kW

Management and quality control systems.

The DCS & QCS systems were modernized by ABB in 2015, including new software and hardware.

The QCS scanner is equipped with a new type of infrared sensor for on-line mass and moisture measurement.

Water treatment 

Flotation trap manufactured by "DAF", diameter: 9 m.
Filtration system (water treatment and fiber age per machine).

A station for the treatment of stagnant water up to pollution index standards.  The average consumption of fresh water is 6-8 m3 / ton of paper depending on the quality of the paper produced.

Finished product processing equipment:

1. PRS 

  •  The diameter of the rolls on unwinding is 2500 mm

Auxiliary equipment (Cap, Vacuum, etc.) 

The highly efficient hood with a gas burner manufactured by Norvimpianti is placed with a cylinder with a diameter of 4880 mm. The manufacturer and developer of Sandusky. 

The thermal compressor for supplying steam and the device for regeneration of condensate are manufactured by Novimpianti. 

The steam-air mixture and dust removal system is installed separately on the wet and dry ends of the machine. Production manufacturer and developer "Norvimpianti". 

The vacuum system is equipped with 3 sets of water ring pumps, one of which works in standby mode. Manufacturer of production "Siemens". 

The compressed air system consists of 3 sets of compressors manufactured by "Atlas", one of which works in standby mode.

All drive motors and their control cabinets for the machine were delivered by ABB.
