Mass preparation department for two streams

- 1 Fractionator produced by GL&V, sieve with a gap of 0,15 mm, throughput capacity 45 t/day;
- 4 inclined (screw) thickeners manufactured by Maule, total throughput capacity 120 t/day;

Paper machine

VIB Steamtech moisture profile optimization system is installed before the first press.

- 18 drying cylinders with a diameter of 1520 mm. With a working surface width of 2790 mm. Working pressure 4 bar.
The productivity of the machine can be improved to 100 t/day if 2-4 add. drying cylinder.
Calender with NIP type shaft, with a working surface width of 2600 mm, shaft diameters of 520-380 mm.
