 Brief description, composition of equipment and construction

 The wet part

Middle layer:

• Pressure hydraulic box with duoformer from Voith;
• Suction press (only for the middle layer). Dryness: 25-28%;
• Cloth transport system to the upper layer.

Top layer: 

• Pama pressure box;
• Suction shaft;
• Gauch shaft.

Bottom layer:

• Escher Wyss pressure hydraulic box.
  

 Press part

• 1  Suction press;
• 2 Jumbo type presses (shaft diameters 1400 mm, 150 - 400 N/mm);
• 3 Offset presses (Lower shaft type S shaft).

Drying part

• 20 drying racksndriv, with a diameter of 1500 mm, pressure 3,2 bar;
• Yankee cylinder with a diameter of 4200 mm;
• 10 drying racksndriv, with a diameter of 1500 mm, pressure 3,2 bar

Applying a coating on the top layer

• Equipment using Varibar application shafts (coating 6 g/cm2, electric IR dryer);
• Equipment using an air knife (coating 8-12 g/cm2, gas IR dryers);
• Equipment using the Jagenberg type Combiblade scraper system (coating 9-12 g/cm2, air dryers);

Applying a coating to the bottom layer

• Equipment using Varibar application rollers (coating 5-6 g/cm2, gas-air dryers).

 Valmet quality control system
