 The main stages of modernization:

- 1992;

- 1997 year. Installation of a new pressure box (Module Jet) and rider (Duo Former D);

- 1998 year. Installation of a new PRS manufactured by Valmet WinBelt2;

- year 2013. Installation of a new drive of the drying part;

- 2017 year. Installation of new shafts on the gluing press and a new gluing kitchen.

• Permanent part of the machine: 4-stage UVK system; 3 Black Clawson pressure sorters; 3 Voith pressure sorters; oil pumps.
• Pressure box produced by Voith (ModuleJet), rider produced by Voith (Duo Former D). 
• Press part: double press (Duo Zentri); 3rd press with ceramic coating.
• Drying part: 27 cylinders for gluing press; 14 cylinders after the gluing press; Pressure 5 bar. The diameter of the cylinders is 1500 mm.
• Gluing press (soft nip).
• Machine calender.
• Cap (Aluminum) with heat recovery system.
• Central lubrication system.
• Voith quality control system and Parsytech web tension control system.
  Roll made by Bruderhaus.
• PRS manufactured by Valmet WinBelt2, 1998 issue.
