A brief description of the installation:

Paper and cardboard are unloaded at the production site from trucks and, with the help of a loader, are fed to the hydraulic floor (puch floor) to the loading hopper. From there, the material is uniformly fed by an inclined belt-chain conveyor to a two-level star-type separator. Where the large cardboard fraction is separated from the paper. The cardboard fraction accumulates on the floor of the hall after the separator. The paper passes through a separator and is fed through a belt conveyor to a second conveyor manufactured by Bollegraaf HBT. At half the height of the conveyor there are two sorting stations (unloading chutes for fractions of different sizes). The main fraction is then fed to the pressing zone on the waste paper press. Separate feeding (with the help of a fork-lift truck) of such fractions as: cardboard, films, plastics, etc. is possible. directly to the Bollegraaf HBT conveyor.
